Justin Drew Bieber, the popular “Baby” Crooner we first laid eyes on YouTube has been creating buzz in the fashion scene for a while now. First appearing back in 2009 with Usher in Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Award wearing a gray long sleeve over a lighter-colored shirt, high top kicks, and loose denim pants together with his then trademark shaggy hair to his now numerous topless, photo-ops, Justin Bieber has come very far indeed.
We always hear his name in music; particularly back when he was still taking over the charts and winning the hearts of listeners around the world. After that, we still hear his name alright. It is not just what we would like to hear from our favorite pop star. On the other hand, just recently, his name pops up online again – for another matter entirely. Justin Bieber is currently setting his foot in the fashion industry.
His racy photos in the August issue of Interview should have been a no-wonder. He was gaining popularity in the field for quite a while now this year when he upped his fashion from ballcaps and shaggy hair to none and clean cut. His appearance with Olivier Rousteing of Balmain at the Met Gala and the sexy Calvin Klein campaign has also acted as a boost in his recent change of direction in career path. With also numerous editorials for popular magazines such as Vogue, is safe to say that Justin Bieber is making a home in fashion.
Mentioned above are the reasons why his name is a constant buzz, and with the photos of his August Interview issue floating around the internet, the ringing will surely get stronger.
If before we see him posing for photos with only a peace sign, now on the upcoming issue of Interview is a complete 180 degree turn. His photos have the revealing nature. It has him playing with a knife while giving a sensual look, donning on leather or wearing a (very) creepy clown mask with his tattoos on display. And his Calvins too. It was a Polaroid-taken photo shot by Steven Klein and styled by Karl Templer.
Hopefully, it will add up as a plus to his “portfolio.”
