Stars aligned on Lancôme’s 80th

Yet again, glitz and glamour come to show and put together some of the world’s most beautiful actresses in one event. This should not be an impossibility, especially if a beautiful giant like the French brand Lancôme would celebrate for reaching its 80th year since founding.

Brand ambassadors Lupita NyongÓ, Julia Roberts, Kate Winslet and Penelope Cruz all graced the event held in Paris, France. Indeed, the sparkle of these famous celebrities went well with the class and sophistication Paris air has to offer. It was a night of fusion as the celebration combined flawlessly with exquisite fashion exhibited by the major attendees who came to the event. At a gathering full of the famed and distinguished, we can expect a real deal parade of exquisite style, especially fit for a very important occasion like of Lancome’s anniversary.

Lupita, just like what she always has, came with a show stopping Prada metallic gown that definitely went well with her equally ethereal bronze skin. Talk about drama as it was spelled all over Penelope’s laced gown from Emilio Pucci. Kate on the other hand stick on the conventional LBD – who would ever go wrong with a little black dress? And of course, how can we forget THE Julia Roberts? We’ll never grow tired seeing her million dollar legs on every chance we could. Julia should really how gorgeous those legs are as they became a regular sight on majority of events she’s in. Her Givenchy black suit was equally splendid and flawless – look at glam that surpasses time.

Other stars who showed at the event includes Isabelli Rossellini, Lily Collins, Kylie Minogue, couple Chrissy Teigen and John legend, Michelle Rodriguez and Petra Nemcova.

Established in 1935 by Armand Petitjean, Lancôme originally started as a fragrance house. The then five scents was eventually followed by a skin care in a form of multitasking repair cream called Nutrix. Years later the expansion went on as it extended to other types of skin care and cosmetics. 

Lancôme is now part L’Oréal as the latter acquired the said company back in 1964.
