5 Hairstyles for the Gym

Working out can be stressful and hassle to our hair, especially with girls, but with the proper hairstyle for sure you will enjoy your workout in no time, and will be looking fresh all around while working out.

1. Topknot

The topknot is a great all-around hairstyle for many types of workouts and hair lengths. It gets your hair out of the way, whether you are lying on your back in yoga or Pilates and prevents hair from getting in your face during all that high-movement activities like the Crossfit workouts.

2. A Perky Ponytail

This classic and famous hairstyle never gets old and wrong whether you are just hanging out with friends or working out. A classic high ponytail is still a gym basic. Just modernize it just a bit by adding texture with a hair spray. To forgo any product, just brush hair back into elastic with your fingertips to create that similar effect.

3. French Braid

A French braid is also a great workout hairstyle too since it keeps all layers of your hair pulled back from your face and would not get in the way of any cycling helmets, swimming caps or etc.

4. Bunched Ponytail

This hairstyle is like a regular ponytail, but with a twist. Just add a few elastic bands down your mane and bunch your hair in between. It will keep everything in place during cycling class or on the treadmill and is quicker than braiding.

5. A Pretty Headband

Dress and add up a boring ponytail with a simple headband. Go with black or add any neon fun color to jazz up a bit. This is a great pair for any hair style.
