Show them how the latest look can be done and notice it being worn by the majority of the women population out the street. We cannot deny the fact the makeup enhances and adds confidence to its wearer.

Expand your makeup vocabulary and have a little knowledge by being aware about the two make up essentials that can add power to your beauty arsenal. Let us talk about Highlighters and Illuminators.

Now, this must be confusing to most people. Let us make our vocabularies a little wider as we come to know the difference between the functions of these two.

Illuminators can be found in different forms like cream, powder or liquid. Its main use is to add subtle shine on the face while creating a dramatic of healthy glow for a wake-up complexion. This is used as a primer before putting the layer of foundation or powder onto the face’s skin. Those that have a paler complexion can pick pinker shades while those that belong to darker complexion can pick golden hues from the palette because it works best with the said skin tone.

Highlighters are more intense and when in front of the light. Unlike illuminators, it is suggested to just use it on key parts of the face like cheekbones, brow bones, temples, chin and nose because it accentuates the said focal points. Make sure not to overdo it because it can make the skin look oily – uh oh!

makeup

Did it ever happen to you that you feel very tired and exhausted from work but someone special to you invited you to go out and you only have less time to prepare? And you can’t say no cause it’s only once in a blue moon he asks you to go out? Well worry no more! Thanks to the one who invented make up and I’m happy to share the tips and tricks to look fresh, sexy and no one will notice that you are exhausted from work and haven’t sleep at all!

Let’s start with the face. In order to look awake and fresh is to choose a foundation that has a light coverage.

You can use it together with a concealer but you need to use a lighter shade in foundation. Why choose a light coverage on your face?

Because heavy foundation or concealer is going to settle into any little lines on your face and those lines will give an impression to a tired look, while a lighter shade will give you a fresh and more youthful appearance.

Now let’s go to the window of our soul- the eyes. Since you’re exhausted and sleepy, you need to convey an “awake” look.

So go for a pale eye shadow that will really open your eyes up. This will also convey a simple yet classy look.

You might want to stay away from dark shades for this can mirror your dark shadows.

Let him see you blush! To look natural, choose a cream blush that will emphasize your natural glow when you smile.

Start a small amount of the cream blush then build it up and it would blend easily. This would create a natural and classy look!

As the famous line goes by, “when in doubt, wear RED.” Go for a red lipstick. This would make you look sexy and it takes you to center stage.

Even a girl oftentimes would have a second look to those red lips. Plus, never a red lips reflect that you’re tired.

These are the basic make up tricks that will help you look awake, fresh and sexy in no time! Top it with self- confidence and it will make you even look more beautiful!

Good luck ladies!
